📥 How do I receive my digital download?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access all your purchases anytime through your account order history. Downloads are available immediately — no waiting!
🖨️ How do I print my files?
All files are delivered as high-quality PDFs. Simply open the file on your computer and print using any home printer or at a local print shop (like Staples, FedEx, or Office Depot). We recommend printing on standard letter size (8.5" x 11") paper for best results.
💻 Can I use the files digitally without printing?
Yes! Many of our planners and journals work great on tablets and iPads using apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Xodo. Just import your PDF and start writing!
🔗 My download link isn't working — what do I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder for the email. If the link has expired or isn't working, just reach out to us at hello@stephaniejosephmedia.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
🔁 Can I get a refund?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we don't offer refunds on completed purchases. However, if you had a technical issue with your download or were charged incorrectly, please contact us and we'll make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
📂 How many times can I download my files?
You can download your files multiple times. We recommend saving a copy to your computer or cloud storage (like Google Drive or Dropbox) so you always have a backup.
🎨 Can I edit or customize the files?
The files are delivered as PDFs and are not editable by design. They are intended for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
