Thank you for shopping at Sticky Notes Mom Shop! Because all of our products are digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is complete and the file has been delivered.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds on Digital Products

Digital files are delivered instantly upon payment and cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can. Once you have access to the download, we are unable to verify that the file has not been used or copied.

Exceptions

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase! If you experience any of the following, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right:

• You received a corrupted or broken file
• You were charged but never received access to your download
• You accidentally purchased the wrong item
